FRESH FLORAL HAIR CLIP CLASS

Create your own vibrant floral hairpiece in this hands-on workshop, where you'll work with colorful orchids, ferns, and seasonal Hawaiian blooms. Held in the lush tropical garden of The Royal Hawaiian, affectionately known as the “Pink Palace,” this intimate experience offers a relaxing and culturally rich activity in a small group setting.

HULA LESSON

Learn basic hand and foot movements with Hawaiian music and enjoy open-air Honolulu hula dancing lessons under the blue Hawaiian sky.

HISTORICAL TOUR

Have you ever wondered why The Royal Hawaiian was painted pink? Learn fun facts like this and more about our history during our historical tour on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Tours begin at the Royal Hawaiian Bakery and are based on availability.
MORNING YOGA

Start your morning in complete relaxation with yoga offered daily at the Royal Hawaiian. Reservations are required. Towels will be provided to use as yoga mat.
FLORAL LEI MAKING

Create a fresh flower welcome to Hawaii Nei, with your fresh flower lei at this popular Honolulu activity.
STORYTELLING

Learn about the Hawaiian Culture, Ocean, Native Preservation as well as The History of The Royal Hawaiian from our Local Tutu's as they share stories and experiences from the past. Reservations Required.
INTRODUCTORY STAND UP PADDLE LESSON - ON LAND

Learn the basic fundamentals of Stand Up Paddle Boarding with this 15 minute land demonstration lesson. Offered daily at the Royal Hawaiian Beach and Pool desk.
AQUA ZUMBA
- Pool
Offered five days a week in the Helumoa Pool at 8:30am, swimming attire is recommended. Please bring water to stay hydrated; reservations required.
SUNRISE CEREMONY (HIʻUWAI)

Begin your day with Hawaiian chants and hula at sunrise on the beach, followed by the traditional ritual of Hiʻuwai—a symbolic “ocean purification” in which guests cast flowers and leaves into the sea. Please note that schedules are subject to change; a welcome guide with the latest information will be provided upon check-in.

NIDRA MEDITATION

Done lying down, guests will be guided by a teacher into a state of deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and it is an effective meditation to relieve stress and meet the challenges of everyday living.
HAKU BRACELET

Create your own beautiful haku bracelet with natural island materials. Guided by our instructor, you will learn simple weaving techniques and enjoy a relaxing hands-on cultural experience to take home as a keepsake of your time in Hawaiʻi.
LAUHALA WEAVING

Lauhala Weaving was an integral part of daily life in ancient Hawaii. Learn how to make a beautiful bracelet from the leaves of a hala tree from our master weaver.
KUKUI NUT BRACELET MAKING

SUNRISE FLOW（MORNING CLASS）

Start your day with serenity at our neighboring sister property, the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. Enjoy refreshing morning air and breathtaking views of Diamond Head while moving through sun salutations and gentle core stretches. This guided session is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
GLOW FLOW (EVENING CLASS)

At the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, unwind in the evening with a relaxing yoga class on floating boards in the pool illuminated by underwater LED lights. Surrounded by the ocean breeze and city lights, this soothing session offers a magical way to end the day.
