No sooner than thirty (30) days prior to the wedding date, please arrange for an appointment to obtain the actual Marriage License. Please call 808.586.4544 for an appointment.

Both Bride and Groom must appear together for the appointment located at:

- A Birth Certificate if you are 18 years of age or younger
