Azure Restaurant presents, Swine & Wine, a dinner and wine extraordinaire featuring five exquisitely prepared pork dishes by Chef de Cuisine Shaymus Alwin, paired with the highly revered and sought after wines of Amalie Robert Winery.
We will welcome special guest Ernie Pink, owner and manager of Amalie Robert and Robert Wolfe, and founder of the Oregon Pinot Noir Club. Known by peers as the Pinotguy, Wolfe is one of Oregon's premier authorities on Pinot Noir.
